The details of tomato-ketchup, jam, mango pulp manufacturing machinery is as below

Steam jacketed kettle:-
Inner jacket from 3.15mm and outer from 2mm s. s. sheets 304 quality. Arrangement for tilting by worm and gear. Complete with heavy structural m. s. frame, pressure gague safety valve, petcock and drain valve available capacity 50 gallons.

Boiler:-
Wood or diesel fire both the fuel are applicable or any one can be used.
Boiler body with thick ms plates plus insulation of glass wool to prevent heat losses, other heavy duty parts like chimany of 45 feet high ducting from boiler up to chimany an I D fan with motor of 5hp feed pump with 2hp motor blower of 3hp and all other accessory like steam pipeline up to steam kettles and safety valves, pressure gages .

Fruit crusher or mill:-
Consisting of feed hopper, s. s. revolving blades which disintegrate the fruit to small pieces, complete with 1hp motor capacity ½ to 1 tonnens per hour.

Super model pulper :-
capacity 1 to ½ tones per hour completed with sieves and two ss blades with heavy ms structure and 5hp motor

Junior model pulper:-
Capacity ½ tones per hour with fine mesh and 2hp motor rest of same structure super model pulper

Crown corking machine:- heavy duty hand operated about 400 bottles per hour

Project with setup carry a capacity of production of 1000 kg tomato-ketchup, jam, syrups. Etc bottles per day. The machinery aretwo years old and carry a capacity to work for next 25 years.

The total cost of machinery will be $44,444 USD only as it is were it is . all the payment in the form of DD only
Installments : $22,222USD when you would like to see trail production; remaining when you wishes to take all the machinery.
We are not responsible for any type of damage while transport loading unloading of machinery . any type of local tax as applicable from government is to be paid by purchaser such as octroi etc. we are not responsible for the any type of tax imposed by government

Technology transformation:-
All the information such as how to do the production in lowest cost with good quality of product out put from where to purchase the raw material what is the quantity of preservatives are permitted by government and how and where to take the government licenses ect. With training your staffs and labors for one month at where your machinery installed . ect total technology will be provided by us which also includes shifting of machinery and installation at your place will cost rupees 5-lack only you have to provide workers and raw materials only for one month.

Any one who wishes to purchase will be shown machinery and final products manufactured by machinery no-one is suppose to participate in the production activity before any deal is fixed.

For commission agents only: - Any commission agent will be provided 2% of the total deal as a commission.
